Kindly hosted by James Thomson MBE

The VIP Networking breakfast is a timely one given the recent review of the Tourism Framework for Change and the priorities emerging out of the new Skills Group. One of the most important of these priorities is how we improve the appeal and attract more domestic talent into a career in the industry. This is a priority that the Scottish Tourism Forum and People 1st are looking to Springboard Scotland to drive forward.

At the breakfast we will showcase our current and future programme of work which is designed to tackle the issue head on and share with you how you can get proactively involved. We will be launching our Business Partnership Programme which has been designed to provide direct, cost effective benefits back to you and your business. These might include enhancing brand awareness in the labour market, promoting your USP as an employer, tailored activities to support HR and CSR goals, driving motivated recruits to your door, and collective activity to enhance the industry in Scotland generally.

You will be able to learn first hand from some of our existing Business Partners about how they have gained significant tangible business benefits from their involvement with us and how their involvement with us is helping to address potential resourcing problems going forward.

Please RSVP to Mary Anne Lydon Maryannel@springboarduk.org.uk to confirm your attendance.
