BaxterStorey 30 Minute Challange

On 30th June, eleven teams of two chefs competed in BaxterStorey's exciting 30 minute challange cook-off in the superb surroundings of the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn. The standards were incredibly high, especially as the teams’ only cooking method was a single induction hob unit!

The winners were presented with magnums of champagne by the judges, John Campbell - The Vineyard at Stockscross, John Williams - The Ritz, London and William Baxter.

They will also be spending time at The Vineyard as part of their prize and they will go forward to represent BaxterStorey at the ACE Ready Steady Cook event in October.

It was a rare balmy summer evening in beautiful surroundings. Guests were treated to delicious summer BBQ food supported by many of BaxterStorey’s best suppliers.

To support the work of Springboard, BaxterStorey invited guests to make a donation to our fundraising efforts.

The response was great - £480 was collected on the night. A very big “thank you” to all for an excellent evening.
