Springboard’s Business Partnership is open to industry organisations who demonstrate that they are excellent employers and actively invest intheir people. It is a membership scheme and in return for anannual fee, Business Partners, large and all, benefit from a range of services tailored to the needs of their business.

The Business Partnership Scheme is keenly priced and packages are based on the services provided and size of business concerned. There are options for small and large businesses, all matched to the requirements of the individual business, and providing value for money and a real return on investment. Prices range from £500 to £35,000 + VAT
